How the Process Works

Challenges
• Subscribers may accidently call the wrong contact while juggling between different numbers
• In the event of the phone or VoIP device memory reaching its limit the most recently called numbers may not be available for Call return services.
• If caller ID is not enabled, the subscriber will be unable to connect with their caller. Occasionally, even if caller ID is displayed, International numbers may not be displayed due to possible restrictions imposed by third party service providers.
